I am SO excited to finally announce that I will be doing a 6 week Mama & Me boot camp! This is something that I have been DREAMING about for the past 6 months as I worked on getting certified as a Personal Trainer. As a mom, I understand how busy life can be when you have little ones to care for. It gets even harder when you have little ones that love to be held by their mama ❤
So how the heck do you workout when you have a little cutie on your hip?!The answer: Mama & me boot camp! Workout twice a week WITH your child! Awesome, Right? Not only is your beautiful child the perfect resistance tool, This is also AMAZING bonding time! You will have fun and get a great workout in and your child will have fun and will get that bonding time they love… its a win win for everyone!
Here are some details on how the class will work:
Your child MUST be able to hold their old head up comfortably. Safety is the most important thing with mama & me boot camp!! This training would work best with a child between 0-2 (unless you have some awesome strength and dont mind using a heavier child). You must bring a stroller, We will be doing some exercise moves that would require your child to sit in his/her stroller for safety reasons. The class will run for 6 weeks, 2 classes per week for 1 hour each (plan for 1.5 hours as you can never predict how the children will run the show, haha!). My classes are VERY affordable, I want to end obesity.. not make everyones wallets skinny. You have two (2) payment options. 1.) Pay in full at the beginning of the boot camp start. If you pay in full, It will be $60.00 for the entire 6 week camp (that makes each class only $5.00!!). 2.) Drop in when you want. Doing it this way will allow you to pay for individual classes. Each individual class would be $8.00 / class. (However, An open spot is not always guaranteed.)
